Cannot print monthly style calendar on 1/4 sheet booklet

Outlook 2003, Calendar printing. I like to print 4 months per page for a
quick overview and it used to work just fine (monthly style, 1/4 sheet
booklet paper). Lately, it does not work. Rather, it prints the first month
in the top right, the second month in the top left of the next page, the
third month in the bottom right of page 1 and the fourth month on the bottom
left of page 2. It's as if the printing view shifted to the right 1/2 a
page. This error occurs in print preview and of course in the actual
printing too.
Any suggestions?
