Cannot Print Or Copy From Within Emails

Certain users on my network have there print and copy buttons greyed out when
the open there emails. These are not RMS protected messages and it appears to
be happening to Outlook 2000 and 2003 clients. Can anyone help shed some
light on this issue? Thanks a bunch.
