Cannot print Outlook 2003 header under Widnows 2000

I've been reading a lot of messages in this ng about people who upgraded to
IE7 who print html formatted emails from their Sent items and the headers do
not print correctly.

I'm researching this because I've got a Windows 2000 user who is
experiencing the same thing.

Of course she does not have IE7 on Windows 2000 so throw out that reasoning!

It must be some Windows update sent to both Windows 2000 and XP.

If anyone has a fix please advise!
