Cannot print password-protected file

Hi, I am unable to print a password-protected file. I can
open it as read-only (it is write password-protected), but
I cannot print it. I found the knowledge-base article
300252, but I don't know how exactly to go about that. Do
I have to call Microsoft, or can I just use email? Has
anyone else gotten the hotfix referenced in this article?
It appears to be unavailable for download...

You have to call MS, Steven, email won't do it.

Hotfixes are indeed unavailable for download, as they're not widely
tested like service packs and releases are.
