Cannot print "selection"

I'm having a huge problem with Outlook - I can't choose
to print a "selection" portion of emails, I have to print
the whole thing. I just switched from OE and with OE I
could highlight a section of a message and JUST print the
highlighted area. Now I can't on Outlook.

Please don't anyone give me an unweildy workaround - I
want a FIX to this ridiculous problem(can't believe that
Outlook would be programmed like this so it is either
an 'issue' or a setting that I have toggled wrong) not a
workaround
