Cannot print Sent Items in Outlook 2003

I am using Office 2003 and Windows XP and for some reason I am no longer able
to print Sent Items in Outlook 2003. I also seem to have problems printing
emails that I have already printed once. I have tried to print to two
different printers and can print other things so don't think it can be the
printer.

I have a customer that is having the same problem. When you try to print a
sent item it looks like it is going to print but never does. I can forward
this email to another computer with almost the same specs and it prints fine.
I have tried different printers, updating outlook, Checked the systems
etc.....
Any suggestions?

Do other Outlook items and other documents print OK? Does the user have a second printer they can try printing to?

Everything else prints okay. Tried to print to another printer but still
will not print.

same here.... Tried different printers. There is not really a pattern to it.
Sme emails will print some will not about 50/50
