Cannot print text to HP 5550

I've been in contact with HP who ran me through a series
of diagnostics and proclaimed the HP 5550 on our office
server okay. Others in the office can use it. I'm the
only person with Office Small Business 2003. The printer
will print graphics but no text shows up. Any thoughts?

Is the problem only with Office apps? If not try a Windows/hardware
newsgroup.
