Cannot print the delivery address on envelopes. Why??

MS Office/Word 2000..Windows XP Home .
Program will no longer print the delivery address. Have run "repair" from
the install disk. Have checked every parameter I can think of checking. Any
help will be appreciated.

I have found that sometimes Word doesn't pick up the address automatically
from, say, a letter. Two things you can try: highlight (select) the address,
then copy it (Ctrl+C). Click the Envelope icon. If the address does not
appear, paste it in.
