Cannot provision PWA site (waiting for resources)

Hey guys, when I go to create a PWA site.. I enter in all the data in the
createpwa.aspx page. Click OK, then it goes in the list saying Waiting for
Resources and then dissapears from the list after 10-15 seconds. Any
suggestions? It has its own SSP and shows up under the project list. Project
service is started.

And just to clarify, you checked both the System and Application nodes?
