Cannot Publish a Calendar

Using OUTLOOK 2007 with no exchange server. When I try to publish a calenar
from the navigation pane view it takes me to screen where it says that this
wizard will now guide you through publish the calendar. There is no option
beyond that.

I have signed up for Office Live as well.
