Cannot Publish Plans - Failed and Blocking Correlation

We have a problem on our test system where project plans that were published
are in Failed and Blocking Correlation State. These jobs were cancelled
using the cancel jobs getting enqued option. Afterwards we still could not
publish a simple project plan. The timer and que services were stopped and
restarted but we still are getting errors in Project Pro when we try to
publish a plan.

What else can we try to clear this problem in the que so we can publish
plans again?

Waqas,

Thanks for responding - we were able to identify this being caused by a
space issue on the test server by reviewing the log files and the issue is
resolved.
