Cannot Publish to Project Server

I tried Publish Projects to Project Server, but the
project server spooler report with error:
0x80004005
I did not know what meaning this error is.
How can I solve the problem?
I am use Project 2002 Professional Edition.

It means you're not authenticating to the server properly. Have you created
an account on the server? Are you connected? Is your setup in a Windows
domain?
