cannot publish to web server

Hello, I cannot download web pages to my servers. Neither public or private
IP's (two NICs). I do this maybe once or twice a year and normally it is no
problem. I usually use Dreamweaver but it gave me a HTTP 550 or a FTP 550
error. Overwrite permission denied. FP just prompts me to log in over and
over. MS says I need to update to IE 6 with SP1. I already have IE 6 with
SP2. I'm somewhat thinking it is a security update issue as this all worked
fine last February. I've tried this from my office T1 and from my home DSL.
Same results different computers, same OS (WinXPPro), same IE 6 SP2. Any
tips?

Are you certain you have the current correct password information?
