Cannot publish website with 2002

I've created a website using Microsoft Publisher 2002. Now I'm ready to
publish this website to replace my existing one. I cannot figure out how to
do this. I've tried saving as a website, ftp locations, etc. My last
program I used (I can't remember what it was) all I had to to was go to file,
publish to web, enter my username and password to my hosting service and that
was that.
PLEASE help this beginner!
