Cannot quit Visio message

Hi,

I'm supporting Visio in a Citrix environment. Some of my users are
getting the following
error:

"You cannot quit visio because a program is handling an event from
Visio. If
VBA is at a breakpoint, reset VBA and quit again."

It's Visio 2003 SP2.

Does anyone have any ideas?
