Recently my computer crashed,catastrophically.THe cause,
as I subsequently found out, was corrupted/missining file
on Office 2000.
On attempting to re-install Office 2000 Professional, it
would not re-instal
It came up with the following error message:
Error 1981.Error installing ODBC drive. Microsoft text
driver (*.txt; *.csv) ODBC err0r 13. Could not load the
setup or translator library.
Verfify that the file Microsoft Text driver (*.txt; *csv)
exists and that you can access it.
Well, it does not exist. Is this because I am attempting
to re-install via an Upgrade? Do I need to re-install
Office 97 or Office 200 and not via an upgrade?
