Cannot reactivate Office 2003 after installing Vista

Office 2003 requires "reactivation" after installing Windows Vista. Although
there is a "reactivation wizard" to automate the reactivation, it doesn't
work. The wizard offers two options: 1) The option to reactivate over the
Internet does not work, even after removing firewalls and trying other
suggestions offered on the Microsoft site. I get an error message saying that
it cannot find an Internet connection, when there is plainly one. 2) An
option to reactivate by telephone does not offer any numbers, and none can be
found on the Microsoft site. Any solutions?
