cannot read body of message

When a specific person sends an e-mail to me it read the following in the
body -<o:SmartTagType
namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags"
name="_DELETED_FILE__________________________________________
We are using Outlook 2003 / Exchange Server 2003 / Office 2000
Any ideas what that means and how to resolve it
