cannot receive email in outlook 2003

Today, still unable to receive e-mail. received the following error:

Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0D) : 'Unable to find the e-mail server.
Please verify the server information in your account properties.'

All settings match that of Outlook Express which works fine.

Anyone have any ideas?
