Cannot receive email through Outlook 2000 but can send, no error m

I set up a new internet mail account, which I have probably done 100 times
before. I am not getting any error messages. I am able to send email
without a problem and have tested this with another computer that I have but
I am not receiving any emails. I have sent about 10 test emails over a 24
hour period and nothing is happening. I believe that I have set this account
up like I have done with others in the past. I do not know where to start as
I am not getting any type of error message. Any ideas?
