cannot receive emails - error (0x8004210E)

I was out of the country for 2+ weeks and must have received hundreds of
emails without answering any of them. When trying to receive emails; I got
thie error message:
Task 'Home/Office - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox
is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered
to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded:
-ERR box locked [INACTIVE]'

If you can help, please let me know.

Hi,

Try logging into your email account by using webmail if possible, and if you are unable to login, contact your ISP. It sounds like your email address might be blocked, and they will need
to enagle it.
