Cannot receive incoming email

I have been using Outlook for about three months with no problems - I am now
unable to recieve any emails, everything has stopped coming to my inbox. I
have no idea why.
Any help very gratefully recieved

two things to try - firstly, send a test mail using the Test account
settings function in the Email account setup box and secondly, if that
doesn't work OK does your ISP give you webmail?
