My wife has access to her e-mail at work and can reply to messages sent to
her Outlook account (after logging in to the server I think). Since I
upgraded my PC at home to SP2, she tries to hit REPLY to reply to an e-mail
and the message just closes immediately! Because of this, I didn't install
SP2 on her laptop so she can still use that, but I'm worried that so many
updates have past, that the laptop will soon experience major problems (and
is already giving some signs of trouble).
Is there a configuration in Outlook or in the XP SP2 firewall that will
allow her to reply to the work related e-mails? Any suggestions would be
helpful.
