Cannot reply to messages but can send new messages-help???

I have Outlook 2002, I just got a new computer and have transfered my Outlook
to the new computer, Now when i try to reply to a message in my inbox it
will only stay in my outbox, but when I send a NEW message, it sends.
Can anyone please help me find the problem???
