I am working in an unprotected section of a protected document in Word 2003.
I cannot resize any of the inserted pictures by dragging their borders.
I can delete the pictures, insert them back, modify their size via the
picture propertires dialog, but I cannot resize a picture by dragging its
borders, which is the most intutitive method for any user.
It looks awfully similar to the problem already acknowledged by Microsoft :
"You cannot drag the columns of a table that is in an unprotected section of
a protected document in Word 2003" - see article here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921279/en-us?spid=2530&sid=625
The article provides a fix - a windows registry key needs to be added.
It fixes the tables's columns issue, but not mine.
Please help!
