Mittu- I tried uninstalling and reinstalling as you suggested, at the prompt
to check web for updates and finish a notice came back stating unable to
check for updates on this computer then gave several possible reasons, one
being that this was an upgade from an earlier installation using windows
installer version 1 and something about version 1.1 or missing msp file from
an earlier installation?

Mittu- I think it worked, now hopefully the program will be more stable.
Thanks Again!

Mittu- Hi again, now it seems I have developed another problem. I use MSN
premium with Qwest dsl, after getting updated, my mail now goes into a msn
subfolder labeled inbox rather than going to my regular outlook mail box. At
first I thought I wasn't getting the new mail until I found it the other
folders. In fact I had 3 msn subfolders. Any Ideas on how to correct this.
