cannot right click

this was posted earlier, but i am bumping it up...

The scenario is this... you open outlook, and see a spam message. You
attempt to right click on the email but nothing happens. You then try other
messages and the same thing. I am using outlook 2003, NON-cached mode. I
have ran a repair and reinstall. still nothing.

I have seen this behavior corrected by deleting frmcache.dat (normally found
at c:\docs & settings\username\local settings\application data\microsoft\forms

Any other help on this would be great. I am having the same problem. I am
using Outlook 2003. I cannot right click on emails, but I can right click on
the folders on the left. I have done a repair, and I have also tried deleting
the frmcache file. Nothing has worked so far.
