cannot run Scanpst.exe

Help. computer battery died when I was checking E mail. When I plugged back
in I could not access my e mail and got Unable to display the folder.
Microsoft could not access the specified folder location. I tried to follow
directions to use inbox repair tool but cannot find anything like Scanpst.exe
from start menu (even made sure hidden files and folders are shown). The
other two E mail accounts of family members work fine. Is my account damaged
and how can I find the account. I did not back up anything as my knowledge on
the computer is not very good. Can I just re open a new account or re
install? I don't want to lose any e mails with the other accounts. I am using
Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I have windows vista. any help would be appreciated

If Scanpst.exe is unable to run, it means the program is corrupted. In
such case you will need to download Scanpst.exe or reinstall Outlook. If
the pst file is critically corrupted, it is recommended to go for third
