Cannot save a document on a windows 98 machine?

Just purchased a Win XP machine andcan no longer save a document on our old
"server" - a win 98 machine storing files. How do I fix this?

Remove Hotfix KB885250 using Add/Remove Programs. Then report the bug to
Microsoft (a free-of-charge call).
