Cannot save a 'favorite folder'

L

loren

When I right click on a mail folder and add it to my 'favorites', it does get
added to the 'favorites' but when I close Outlook it is not saved.

When I reopen Outlook, I have to right click and re-save again it to my
favorites.

Is there a way to save my 'favorite folders' so that I do not lose them
when I close outlook?

Start Outlook from the Run command with the /resetnavpane switch. This will
reset the Navigation Pane and it should be stored correctly then.
