Cannot Save a Template: Word (Office X)

Whenever I try to create a template for Word (Office X) I get a greyed
out save button and I cannot save. I have scanned for viruses and
there are none.
What do I need to do?

Hi Dan:

To which folder are you trying to save?

In which format are you trying to save? Note that Word has two file
formats: .doc and .dot. The latter is the template format.

Exactly which steps are you taking to create what you are trying to save?

Before I can answer your question, I need to be able to follow your process
step-by-step.
