Cannot save appointment in Calendar

I cannot save appointments in the Calendar feature of
Outlook 2002. When I go to save an newly created
appointment, even when all I've place into the
name "Test", I get a Microsoft Outlook error message that
states, "Out of memory or System resources. Close some
windows or programs and try again" with an OK button.

This happens even from a cold boot, with nothing else
open. I am running XP Pro, 1.2MHz Pentium, and 384MB of
RAM.

Can you help ????
