Hello everybody,
All users in my company have Outlook 2003 as their e-mail client with POP
mail accounts. The problem I have is that when a user forward a contact to
someone else who already have the same contact in his contacts folder, the
receiver cannot update his existing contact with the updated he received from
the other user. When you open the received contact and click on save and
close Outlook ask to save as a new contact or to update the existing one.
When I select to update, I receive a message that says "The text or
attachments in the current contact's message body will not be copied to the
existing contact. If you wish to keep the new message body information,
select Cancel and make a copy of it.
Many Thanx!
