Cannot save document

[Neil Hampshire]

I have a 10 page word document containing images from the internet.
I have modified the document but cannot save the new document
I have received the following error message

AppName AppVer. 9.0.0.2717 ModName: mso9.dll
ModVer 9.0.0.2720 OffSet . 001d1745

Can anyone advise
