I recently installed office sp3 on a machine running office 2003 pro. After
installation the user is stating that after rotating an image using office
document imaging, he is no longer able to save an image due to it saying that
the file is not a valid office document imaging type. All other functions are
able to be performed. To be honest, I am not sure if this problem was present
before the installation of sp3, and only noticed now, but I have had problems
with other machines using sp3 especially regarding hitting the file button in
office document imaging and the program crashing. So far my only solution i
have been able to find is to reinstall office without updates, but am
reluctant to do if there is an easier way to fix as there are many computers
throughout the network that have recently been patched to sp3. Any help would
be appreciated. Thank you.
