On my new machine (Vista Home Premium, Office 2007), I cannot save files to
Office Live. After signing in to Office Live from within Word, I am taken to
my hard drive document folders. I cannot access my Office live folders.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but encounter the same problem.
I can, however, open a document on the Office Live web site and then save it
on my hard drive. However, I cannot then resave my final version on Office
Live (it would act as a backup).
has anybody else encountered this problem? Any ideas on how to resolve it?
