Cannot Save to CD

I am running XP Pro with Office XP. I cannot save word
documents nor indeed any file to my CD and an error
message states that I do not have access to the CD Drive
and I must see the Administator for access.
As I am logged on under my own name but as the
Administrator I do not know the solution. Any ideas?
