Cannot see Bcc list on email from Office XP outlook with Outlook 2

I have old email messages sent to BCC list saved in shared folder on our
server. I have old exchange 2000 server but the clients with problem have
been migrated to our new Exchange 2003. We uninstalled Office XP and then
installed Office 2003. The users can create new email with Bcc and see list
correctly. They CANNOT see Bcc list from email send on Exchange 2000 with
Office XP outlook client.
