Hello Newsgroup,
I have set up a rule in Microsoft Outlook to automatically forward
e-mails that are sent to account A (mine) to automatically forward it
to account B (also mine). Both accounts are on the same domain, but
with different subdomains.
The problem I am experiencing is I cannot see any CC'd recipients.
For example, person 1 sends an e-mail to person 2 and CC'd me (person
3) among other people. When I receive the e-mail in account B, all I
see is the message is from person 1 and sent to person 2. I cannot see
that the message was CC'd to me or anyone else.
Anyone else experience this problem? Could this be a server problem or
is there a special rule I need to set up in Outlook? As of right now, I
have the forwarding rule to forward the e-mails sent to account B if my
account A e-mail appears in the To:, CC:, or BCC: fields.
Thanks for your help.
