Cannot see certain Contacts

Dear all

I have Windows XP SP1, Outlook XP SP3, and we did a migration to
Exchange 2003, from POP email.

We have GLobal address book, names of all internal people in the
company, but when one person goes to add the names for the global
address book into his personal contacts list, they do not appear if
you go into the Contact list. Funny thing is if they go new mail, and
the people appear in the list Select names, from the COntact list.

I just need them to get the listof internal users into their Contacts
list.

Can anyone help please?
