cannot see content of word doc (2003) when others can

trying to open a content rich word doc - it opens but appears blank. Other
users can open and view content.... SP1 has already been applied.....

In Word, make sure you are in Print Layout view (View | Print Layout). If
you're still not able to see the "rich content", then click on Tools |
Options | View tab | uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box and check the
"Drawings" box | Print tab | check the "Drawings" box | OK.
