Cannot see fonts

Word 2000 on Win98 PC

All other MS Office apps will show the fonts in the drop menu, but as of
Wednesday, Word will not; same thing with the Format --> Font menu
selection. The fonts are there, but I cannot see the list.

I'm thinking unin/rein but thought I'd try to find an easier fix first.

Are you not able to see any font names in the box, or are you seeing a
limited font list? If the latter, see
