Cannot see graphics in normal mode

In Word 2000, the graphics are not displayed. I played
with the different view mode but nothing seems to work. If
I print preview the document, I can see the graphics. Any
ideas? Thanks.

Hi Vince,

If you're in Print Layout view and are seeing white
rectangles where the graphics should be you're view
a picture placeholder. You can restore the picture
view by turning off the placeholder setting in
Tools=>Options=>View.

If you're in 'Normal' view in Word then only graphics
that have been formatted with a layout of 'in line with
text' will appear in that view.
