Good day,
Using Windows XP, Office 2003.
This is a weird problem: We make someone a delegate for someone else, but
for Contacts only. So, in the Deletages dialogue box, we gave permissions
for the Contacts folder only. We also cked the box to allow the Delegate to
see private items. Lastly, we made the Mailbox visible and changed the
Contacts properties so that the delegate has permissions on the folder. Even
though we did all this, most of our users cannot see the Private contacts.
I must also add that some of the users use a BlackBerry and some have
InterAction installed on their machine. Some have both. I suspect that
these two are the culprits.
Any ideas will be more than welcome!
