Cannot see the Business Contacts Manager toolbar when I open Outlo

I successfully installed 2007 Outlook with Business Contacts Manager a week
ago. Now when I open my Outlook the BCM dropdown menu is not available. I
went into "view", "toolbars" "customize" and attempted to check the box next
to BCM but it would not allow me to check it. I can still see my business
contacts when I click on contactcs. I just cannot access the BCM toolbar or
menu. Help please!
