Hello, I'm using Entourage 2004 v. 11.2.5 on MacBook.
I seem to be having issues sending emails to myself. For example, nothing will come to "(e-mail address removed)" (where that is my username at my domain) if I have that address in the to, cc:, or bcc: fields. Seems to happen with other usernames at my domain too...it doesn't seem to matter what username I'm using, as long as I'm sending from Entourage to my own domain it doesn't work.
The mails show up in the sent folder and appear to send.
We use gmail/google apps for our mail servers and I've used that Web interface to rule out it being the source of the issue. BUt if I send from gmail (compose and send using the Web interface) there to my domain, everything works fine - it immediately shows up in the gmail inbox, and downloads fine to Entourage when I POP it.
I feel like I have backup from a very knowledgeable IT advisor that the problem seems to reside with Entourage. Anyone have any hints or similar experiences? THanks in advance and let me know if any details are unclear or accidentally omitted.
