Cannot send any outgoing emails via Outlook

About a week ago I got an email saying that my outoing emails are being
blocked because of some sort of virus Outlook detected in an attachment or
incoming email or something. Any idea how to clean it up so I can send
outgoing emails again? Is this a job for Norton or do I need to do it
manually?

Depends on what virus it is, what the warning was, who the warning was from,
was it a valid warning or just some sort of scam to sell you something, what
antivirus software you have, etc. etc etc.

You really need to pay more attention <g>

First step, go to www.avast.com , download and install their free av
software, run a full boot-time scan.
