-- i have a customer running outlook 2000 with all the updates. they are
using
a pop3 email and a dial up. they can recieve attatchments of any size with
no trouble, other than the obviouse connection speed. the problem is nothing
over about 1 meg can be sent from outlook. after about three minutes they
get a message that the server has been disconnected and they are off the
internet. others in the household with accounts with the same provider have
no problem.
this is a big problem for this customer.
hopefully someone has a clue, as i don't.
