cannot send e-mail with attachments-says access denied-line 212

I am trying to send letters on one file and e-mail the file with attachments
and i get an script error say access denied , line 212. I do not have my
cd-rom for word 2003-i apparantly lost it. This is very important because it
is part of my school work and i need to get this resolved.
