Cannot send e-mails to any address

I cannot send an e-mail to any address without recieving
an Undeliverable message that reads: "553 sorry, that
domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)". I
probably set some kind of filter while trying to block
junk e-mail. How can I fix this?
